Terms & Conditions

By accepting your invitation, joining the ambassador WhatsApp community, or otherwise participating in the Program, you ("Ambassador", "you") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not participate.

01 Eligibility

• You must be a currently enrolled college/university student (or as otherwise approved by piloit).
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have guardian consent where required by law.
• You must have active, genuine social media accounts and/or campus community access.
• Participation is personal to you and cannot be transferred to anyone else.

02 Program term

The Program runs in cohorts of approximately 8 weeks. Participation is free. piloit may invite you to continue into a following cohort based on your activity and performance. Either you or piloit may end your participation at any time (see §08 and §12).

03 Your role

As an active Ambassador, each week you are expected to:

• Post about piloit at least 4 times across Instagram, LinkedIn, or X;
• Share your unique referral link with classmates and college communities;
• Promote piloit at relevant campus touchpoints (events, fests, workshops, placement cells) where available;
• Submit the weekly activity form with your profile links, post links/screenshots, and activities completed.

Recruiting additional affiliates and ambassadors is encouraged but optional. Every Ambassador is automatically enrolled as a piloit affiliate; affiliates are not necessarily ambassadors.

04 Code of conduct

• Be honest. Describe piloit accurately. Pi helps people apply to jobs first and faster. You must never promise or imply a guaranteed job, interview, or specific outcome.
• Disclose. Clearly mark promotional posts (e.g. "#ad", "piloit partner", or equivalent) in line with applicable advertising and platform rules.
• No spam. Do not mass-dump links, send unsolicited bulk messages, use bots, buy fake engagement, or post misleading content.
• No impersonation. Do not claim to be a piloit employee or speak on the company's behalf beyond approved messaging.
• Respect others. No harassment, hate speech, or unlawful, discriminatory, or harmful content.

05 Commissions & payouts

• 25% recurring commission on the net value of every paying customer you refer through your link, including eligible renewals/top-ups, for as long as they remain a paying customer and the Program terms allow.
• 5% second-tier commission on sales generated by affiliates you personally recruit.
• Referrals are attributed via your unique link, a tracking window of 60 days, and/or phone-number matching on WhatsApp.
• Payouts are made monthly to your UPI/bank account, subject to a minimum threshold of ₹500. Balances below the threshold roll over.
• Commissions are calculated on net amounts actually received by piloit and exclude taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and fraudulent or self-referred transactions.
• You are responsible for any taxes due on your earnings and for providing accurate payout details.

06 Points & leaderboards

Activities earn points that determine your rank on the personal leaderboard and contribute to your college's standing on the college leaderboard. piloit publishes the current points schedule in the program guide and ambassador community.

• Points, rankings, and the scoring schedule may be adjusted by piloit to keep the competition fair.
• Points have no cash value and are separate from commissions.
• Activity obtained through fraud, fake accounts, or manipulation will be voided.

07 Rewards & credentials

• Certificate issued on completion of the cohort as an active Ambassador.
• Letter of Recommendation for Ambassadors who remain active and meet a minimum points threshold.
• LinkedIn Recommendation at piloit's discretion, for selected top performers.
• Top-performer rewards such as monthly goodies, vouchers, merchandise, and recognition for the top performers (e.g. top 5%).

Credentials reflect genuine participation only and may be withheld in cases of misconduct or inactivity.

08 Activity & removal

• The weekly activity form is mandatory.
• Missing the weekly form twice consecutively marks you inactive, pausing leaderboard standing and reward eligibility until you resume.
• Remaining inactive for 3+ weeks may result in being removed from the cohort. You may re-apply for a future cohort.
• piloit may remove any Ambassador for breach of these Terms, including the Code of Conduct.

09 Brand & content use

piloit grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the piloit name, logo, mascot, and provided marketing materials solely to promote piloit under these Terms. You must not modify the brand assets beyond provided templates, register confusingly similar handles/domains, or use the brand after your participation ends. Content you create may be reshared by piloit with credit.

10 Data & privacy

You share your referral link; you must not collect, store, or misuse other students' personal data yourself. Any personal data is handled per piloit's Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to piloit processing your details to run the Program, calculate points and commissions, and issue payouts and credentials.

11 Disclaimers

The Program is provided "as is." You participate as an independent participant, not an employee, agent, or partner of piloit, and nothing here creates an employment or agency relationship.

12 Changes & termination

piloit may modify, pause, or discontinue the Program, these Terms, the points schedule, or commission structure at any time, with reasonable notice via the ambassador community or email. Continued participation after changes means you accept them. Either party may end participation at any time; accrued, validly-earned commissions payable up to that point will be honored, subject to these Terms.

13 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jaipur shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, piloit's total liability arising from the Program is limited to commissions validly payable to you.
